Deeptech is hard to pitch, but not for us. We got Buildroid AI’s robot launch covered in Arabian Business, Zawya, Wamda, and 40+ outlets across MENA.

Client

Buildroid AI is a US-based tech startup bringing robotics and AI to construction sites. Backed by $2M in pre-seed funding led by Tim Draper (an early investor in Tesla, SpaceX, Skype, and Robinhood), the company expanded to the UAE, where its autonomous block-laying robot was piloted.

Challenge

The client required PR support for its public launch at the upcoming Big 5 Construction Conference and broad media visibility across MENA.

However, deeptech is one of the most technically complex industries to pitch due to its niche terminology and limited mainstream familiarity, making it challenging to secure media coverage.

Solution

To overcome this challenge, we developed a compelling media narrative supported by a targeted outreach strategy. We translated complex robotics technology into clear, investment-relevant language tailored for business and tech media across MENA.

This positioning secured a series of exclusive founder interviews and in-depth editorial coverage in Inc. Arabia, Al-Monitor, Enterprise MEA, Unite.AI and more.

Results

  • 750M+ cumulative media reach generated from a single press release
  • 40+ media placements within one week, including NABD, Zawya, Wamda, Arabian Business, Focus HiDubai
  • Exclusive interviews with Inc. Arabia, Al-Monitor, Enterprise MEA, and Unite.AI

Buildroid AI gained strong recognition across MENA and strengthened its market credibility during its regional expansion. The PR campaign attracted investor interest and put the company in talks for the next funding round.
