Syrve
Client
Syrve MENA is an all-in-one POS and Restaurant Management Software solutions, committed to automating and optimising hospitality operations in the Middle East. With its headquarters in Dubai and a presence in 57 countries, the company serves over 9,000 customers worldwide.
Challenge
Syrve MENA aimed to increase brand awareness in the region, showcase its sustainable technologies to potential clients — such as AI Forecasting to prevent food waste, FaceID, and a powerful API — and position itself as a top-of-mind POS provider within the F&B sector in MENA.
Solution
We implemented a B2B PR strategy, combining data-driven reports, executive interviews, expert commentary and columns to build trust among decision-makers in the hospitality industry.

Over the past year, our PR strategy delivered:
- 60+ media placements with an estimated reach of 350M+
- Media coverage in Tier-1 and Tier-2 outlets: Khaleej Times, Gulf News, Arabian Business, Caterer Middle East, Zawya, Fast Company ME, and more
